Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) � Full-Time Days Southfield Village | Greencroft Communities South Bend, IN Pay: $19.46�$21.74/hour +$1.50/hour weekend differential Full-time, consistent day shift Schedule: 6:30 a.m. � 2:30 p.m. Why Join Southfield Village? Requirements
- Current Indiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Compassion for serving older adults
- Dependable, caring, and a strong team player
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care while promoting resident dignity and independence
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other caregivers
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
- Help create a safe, welcoming environment for residents
