About The Position
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time Position with Benefits Constellation Health Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. This full-time CNA position offers the opportunity to work in Hospice, Homecare, or both, providing meaningful care to patients and families during important moments in their lives. Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Connecticut
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Passion for providing compassionate patient care
- Must have successfully completed the CNA training and competency evaluation program approved by the state.
- CNA License must be active and in good standing.
- Must have a current driver's license and be willing to drive within an assigned territory.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- CNA: 1 year (Required)

- Day Shift availability
- Ability to Commute: Meriden, CT 06450 (Required)
- Willingness to travel: 75% (Required)
- Basic knowledge of iOs operating system
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience and hospice and/or home health experience is strongly preferred.
