Requirements
- Current and active California CNA certification required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Responsibilities
- Provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with each resident’s care plan
- Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Respond promptly and compassionately to resident call lights and requests
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Support residents with meals and daily living activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
