Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to reliably commute to job locations
- Experience or willingness to provide care for the elderly
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Must live within 10 miles of Bolingbrook, Plainfield, Oswego, or Joliet
- Strong reliability and professional judgment
Nice To Haves
- Active CNA license in good standing
- Prior home care experience
- Experience with memory care (Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s)
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, and mobility
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Support clients with memory-related conditions such as Dementia or Alzheimer’s
- Communicate updates with families and care team
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
