About The Position
Judson Park in Des Moines, WA, is looking for a motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (NAC/CNA) to join their team. The Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) actively incorporates the “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Responsibilities include developing awareness of residents’ interests and needs, assisting residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care, and helping to create a safe environment. The role involves providing care for residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living and recreational activities.
Requirements
- Must be a certified Washington State NAC/CNA.
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Actively incorporate the “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”
- Develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs.
- Assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care.
