About The Position

Settler's Grove Senior Living is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time and part-time positions. The role involves delivering and assisting residents with daily needs, including personal care, preparation for activities, and routine activities in accordance with accepted standards, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. The CNA will provide basic nursing care and perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor.

Requirements

A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred

Responsibilities

Delivering and assisting residents with daily needs, including personal care needs.
Preparation for activity and social programs.
Routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
Provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities.
Perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.
