Requirements

  • Current CNA license
  • Evening shifts availability
  • PRN availability

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to residents
  • Assist residents with daily living activities
  • Monitor resident vital signs and report changes
  • Document resident care and observations
  • Participate in resident care planning
