About The Position

Sequoia Transitional Care in Porterville, CA is hiring for full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for all shifts – AM, PM, and NOC. This role is in a supportive, resident-focused environment. Requirements

  • Active CNA certification in the state of California
  • Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn electronic documentation systems
  • Ability to follow instructions, think critically, and work independently when needed
  • Current medical clearance and ability to pass a background check
  • Team-oriented mindset with reliability and compassion
  • Valid CNA certificate
  • Government-issued ID
  • Social Security card
  • Professional references and any additional certifications

Nice To Haves

  • Skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute care experience preferred – but new grads welcome
  • Passion for working with seniors in a caring, respectful manner
