We are a place of life, a place of caring, and more importantly, a true home for our residents. Located on lush, manicured lawns and gardens in Framingham, MA, we are just minutes from Route 9 for easy access to the Mass Pike. We're seeking to fill the role of Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA for Assisted Living - Perdiem.

Requirements

Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA certification from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
Interpersonal skills to interact with other staff, residents and family members in a positive and cooperative manner.
Good team player with good writing and verbal English language skill.
Knowledge of infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with the Resident Care Director, the resident and others to implement the individual resident service plan.
Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living and transfers according to the service plan.
Identify safety hazards and their remedies while monitoring resident safety on a regular basis.
Actively dialogue with the Resident Care Director on proper and effective implementation of the resident service plan.
