The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will be responsible for a variety of patient care duties, including taking vital signs, assessing patient conditions, preparing patients for examinations and treatments, and assisting physicians and nurses. This role requires proficiency in using electronic medical records, ordering supplies, performing phlebotomy, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining the cleanliness of the treatment area. The CNA will also be responsible for laundry duties, attending staff meetings, operating medical equipment, and completing assigned tasks within their shift. Flexibility and teamwork are essential, as is providing excellent customer service. The position requires adherence to all established policies and procedures, including OSHA guidelines for biological cleanup.
