About The Position
Logan Health Brendan House is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their Skilled Nursing team. This role involves supporting residents with daily care needs, promoting their comfort and safety, and assisting the care team in delivering exceptional service. Requirements
- Current Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certificate.
- Current CPR certification as applicable to assigned area.
- Understanding of confidentiality laws that govern the provider-patient relationship, including HIPAA guidelines.
Nice To Haves
- Previous work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Home Health Aide certification preferred or must successfully obtain within six (6) months of hire, if applicable to assigned area.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of basic resident care under the guidance and direction of assigned leadership.
- Support residents with activities of daily living.
- Obtain and report vital signs.
- Document care accurately.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.
- Communicate with nursing leadership and appropriate team members to coordinate resident care priorities, report changes in condition, and support daily department operations.
- Assist with restocking supplies.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and safety.
- Support compliance with Medicare and applicable regulatory standards.
