Requirements
- Active New York CNA Certification
- Must be a local candidate—no travel or housing assistance provided
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility needs
- Record vital signs and report health concerns to the nursing team
- Support residents with meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Maintain clean and safe resident areas in compliance with care standards
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
