About The Position
Victorian Post Acute is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time and part-time opportunities. This is a beautiful 90-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in San Francisco, committed to providing exceptional short-term rehabilitation and long-term care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting
- Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Respond quickly and courteously to resident call lights and requests
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Support meal service and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all facility policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide outstanding resident care
