Requirements
- Active CNA license
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while effectively communicating and interacting with residents, families, and team members.
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
- Support the implementation of individualized care plans
- Engage residents in social activities and community events
- Contribute to fostering a healthy and active lifestyle among residents
- Help maintain residents’ dignity, comfort, and well-being
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition
