The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support patient care and center operations. This includes taking vital signs, assessing patient conditions, preparing patients for examinations, utilizing the electronic medical record system, ordering supplies, assisting medical staff with treatments, performing lab duties such as phlebotomy, sterilizing instruments, managing supplies, and maintaining the cleanliness of the treatment area. The role also involves laundry duties, attending staff meetings, operating medical equipment, completing assigned tasks, and being available to assist as needed, potentially with interrupted breaks. Fostering teamwork and providing excellent customer service are key aspects of this position. The CNA must adhere to established policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines.
