Responsibilities

  • Provide daily nursing care to assigned residents with kindness and attention
  • Assist residents with grooming, bathing, and personal hygiene, especially those with low mobility
  • Help with meals and ensure residents receive proper nutrition
  • Observe and report changes in residents' behaviors to your supervising LPN or RN
  • Support residents' mobility and comfort by assisting with movement and repositioning
