About The Position
The Broadmoor is hiring full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for its Skilled Nursing facility at The Broadmoor at Creekside Park in Spring, TX. The facility is looking to build a CNA "Dream Team" with a positive culture and opportunities for career advancement. CNAs will provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the patient's care plan, supporting their independence while adhering to safety policies, procedures, and state/federal guidelines. They will also identify, document, and report changes in resident conditions to their supervisor and comply with safe lifting and transfer procedures.
Requirements
- Active TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) License
Responsibilities
- Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the patient's care plan.
- Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients conducive to safety policies & procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
- Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of patients per established policies & procedures.
- Identify, document and report changes in conditions of resident to the supervisor.
