About The Position

Living Well is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) at multiple locations across the Twin Cities area. CNAs at Living Well assist individuals with personal care, administer medications, support participation in enjoyable activities, document services in an electronic system, and help create a welcoming home environment by assisting with cleaning and meal preparation. The organization aims to transform the lives of people impacted by disabilities through exceptional services and provides resources and support for employees to live their best lives.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Valid Driver’s License
Pass a background check through MN Department of Human Services
Valid CNA certification and favorably registered with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
Must be comfortable and proficient in using computers and/or smart technology
Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally

Nice To Haves

Prior leadership experience preferred
Experience coordinating schedules
