About The Position
St. Dominic Villa, an Illuminus Community, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team. Located in Hazel Green, WI, the community offers long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services for older adults. The CNA will perform person-centered personal cares for residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. The role emphasizes compassionate care, meaningful relationships, and a peaceful work environment. Illuminus is a faith-based, not-for-profit senior living management company dedicated to serving older adults and families.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age.
- Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
- Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
- Ability to relate well to all individuals.
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
- Ability to adapt to change.
