About The Position
Join our resident‑focused team providing high‑quality, person‑centered care in a supportive long‑term care environment. CNAs work under RN/LPN supervision to assist residents with daily living needs, safety, and comfort.
Requirements
- Current Wisconsin CNA certification
- At least 16 years old
- Valid driver’s license if transporting residents
- Successful Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check
- Ability to meet physical demands (lifting, transfers, mobility)
Responsibilities
- Personal care support including hygiene, mobility, and room care
- Mealtime assistance and monitoring dietary needs
- Safety supervision and following individualized care plans
- Documentation & reporting of care and condition changes
- Basic clinical tasks: vitals, weights, simple skin treatments
- Participation in restorative programs and team care planning
- Maintaining a clean, safe environment and upholding resident rights
