About The Position
Preferred Professional Services (PPS) is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for per diem shifts in Long-Term Care and Rehab Facilities in the Portland area. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and personalized care to residents. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring health, providing emotional support, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care. Requirements
- Valid state certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Dedication to upholding high standards of care
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
