Home Helpers Home Care is seeking compassionate CNAs in Purcellville, VA, to deliver exceptional care and support to seniors and individuals in need. As a CNA, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting clients with their daily needs while providing companionship and care.
Requirements
- Active CNA Certification (required)
- CPR Certification (required)
- PPD Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- Access to email and a smartphone for communication
- A commitment to upholding ethical standards and client confidentiality
Nice To Haves
- Previous home care experience is a plus, but we provide training for those new to the field
Responsibilities
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility to ensure comfort and dignity.
- Observing clients and reporting any changes to their condition.
- Helping with light cleaning and meal preparation to maintain a safe and welcoming home environment.
- Providing safe and dependable rides for errands, appointments, and social events.
- Offering conversation and engaging activities to enrich clients’ lives.
- Following personalized care plans to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Communicating effectively with families and care teams to ensure clients’ needs are met.
