Requirements
- Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois (required)
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days (required)
- Clean IDPH background record (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on assistance with personal care, including bathing, toileting, meals, and mobility.
- Monitor resident needs and follow infection control practices.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
