Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to become part of our exceptional nursing team. Requirements
- Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous skilled nursing or post-acute care experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care according to each resident's individualized care plan
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Support residents during meals while promoting proper nutrition and hydration
- Observe residents and promptly communicate changes in condition to the licensed nursing staff
- Respond promptly to call lights while providing exceptional customer service
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Accurately document care provided and follow all facility policies and procedures
