About The Position
Whisper Woods of Smithtown is looking for compassionate CNAs to join our resident care team! If you're looking for an opportunity to build meaningful connections and are passionate about serving older adults, we want to hear from you! As an CNA your main role will be to deliver care to assisted living and memory care residents. Primary duties include assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
Requirements
- Valid CNA license OR HHA certificate required
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
Responsibilities
- Deliver care to assisted living and memory care residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
