About The Position
Concordia at Gettysburg is seeking experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who take pride in providing high-quality care. This role offers the opportunity to work with a unique team of CNAs from diverse backgrounds, all passionate about building strong relationships and effectively completing tasks. Your experience is valued and recognized with competitive wages, up to $22.40/hour before shift differentials. We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time CNA positions, which include an every-other-weekend rotation.
Requirements
- Completion of a Nurse Aide Training Program
- Current Pennsylvania CNA license in good standing
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with all ADLs and providing treatment per the ADL/treatment handbook
- Documenting the care provided
- Answering resident call bells and respond promptly to needs
