About The Position

This is a part-time position for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) working every other weekend. The CNA performs direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring, personal hygiene, and ambulation. The CNA must adhere to HCF Policies and Procedures and meet job-related competencies outlined in the Skills Competency Manual. They are responsible for answering call lights, documenting care provided, following resident care plans, and reporting any abnormal findings, including injuries, incidents, skin issues, complaints, suspected abuse/neglect/misappropriation, and unsafe conditions.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Is already a State Tested Nurse Aide or will successfully complete and pass a State approved Nurse Aide training program and competency exam within four months of date of hire.
