About The Position

We are looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide high-quality, in-home care and support to our clients. This opportunity is ideal for CNAs who have previous experience in caregiving or healthcare and are looking to continue using and strengthening their skills while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Requirements

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Must meet applicable employment and background-check requirements.
High school graduate of G.E.D. certificate preferred.
Six months experience as a Personal Care Assistant in health care (in homes or facilities) and successful completion of a State approved Nurse Aide or Personal Care Assistant course.
Interpersonal relations abilities.
Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in home care, caregiving, or a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping related to the client’s needs.
Follow the client’s care plan and provide services according to established guidelines.
Communicate changes or concerns regarding the client’s condition to the appropriate team members.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for clients.
