About The Position
Hello CNAs! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the 2026-2027 school year in the Maplewood, MN area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.
Requirements
- Active Minnesota CNA license
- CPR and First Aid certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide direct student support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, feeding, dressing, hygiene, mobility, and positioning
- Assist students with medical and health-related needs under the supervision of the school nurse and special education team
- Support students with physical, developmental, behavioral, and/or medical needs in classroom and school settings
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive learning environment for students
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, nurses, and other school staff to support student success and individualized goals
