About The Position

Requirements
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification recognized in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of patient care and safety procedures.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as required by the employer.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working as a CNA in a hospital, nursing home, or long-term care facility.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Additional training or coursework in geriatric or pediatric care.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, and report any abnormalities to nursing staff.
- Provide mobility support by helping patients move safely around the facility, including transferring and repositioning bedridden patients.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment by following infection control protocols and facility guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and compassionate care.
