Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant registration.
Ability to safely and effectively learn and operate patient care equipment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to successfully complete a background study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Nice To Haves

Previous CNA experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including personal hygiene, comfort measures, mobility assistance, and transportation.
Assist with bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, skin and hair care, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
Support meal service and encourage adequate fluid intake.
Observe and report patient conditions, contributing to the assessment process.
Accurately document patient care and collected data according to established guidelines.
Clean, organize, and restock patient care areas and equipment.
