About The Position

Mission Valley Post Acute is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a full-time basis. Requirements

Current and valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or long-term care preferred.
New CNAs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and maintaining resident safety.
Measure and record vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nursing staff.
Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Promote residents' dignity, privacy, independence, and comfort.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.
Follow infection-control procedures and facility policies and regulations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Work collaboratively with licensed nursing staff and other team members to ensure quality resident care.
