About The Position

NEW Care, Inc. is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants who are dependable, energetic, and compassionate to join our team of exceptional caregivers. We have full-time, part-time, twelve-hour shifts, and weekend only positions available. We offer a newer and higher competitive wage of $20.50/hour, along with shift differential pay for certain hours of work. Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
CNA certification in Wisconsin
Must be in good physical health and able to lift and move patients, walk or stand for long periods of time and possess physical capability to perform job-related duties
Must be compassionate and personable
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments
Ability to handle emotional and stressful situations in a professional manner

Nice To Haves

Prior work experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment preferred

Responsibilities

Help patients with personal hygiene and care such as bathing, grooming, dressing and eating
Take and record patient vital signs and weight
Observe and record patient’s conditions, food and liquid intake and other behavior, and report changes to supervisor
Help patients walk with canes, walkers, or other devices
Make beds, and maintain clean and safe environments for patients
Lift, transport, and move patients using the appropriate techniques
Treat all residents, family, and other visitors with respect, and engage with them in a tactful manner at all times
Comply with all safety and health regulations
