We are seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care to patients in the Fredericksburg area on a PRN basis. This role is ideal for dependable caregivers looking for flexibility while continuing to make a meaningful impact.
Requirements
- Must have an active Virginia CNA license
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience required
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel to patient homes
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Follow individualized care plans
