About The Position
Preferred Care at Home of Folsom & El Dorado Hills, a nationwide senior care company, is seeking qualified CNAs. As a CNA at Preferred Care at Home of Folsom & El Dorado Hills, you will provide compassionate, quality care to our clients in their homes. You will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life by assisting with daily living activities in a respectful and supportive manner.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification in the state of California.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to clients’ homes
- Willingness to undergo background checks and any required screenings.
- Flexible availability to meet clients’ scheduling needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well-being to the care team.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team to ensure continuity of care.
- Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.
