Requirements

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice
Ability to utilize a full range of movement to transfer patients
Effective verbal & written communication & time management skills
Valid Driver's License (clean record) & reliable transportation.
Proof of current auto insurance & registration
Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (we can help)
Current CPR Certification (we can help) & Negative TB Test (we can test)

Nice To Haves

Home Health and/or Hospice experience as a CNA preferred

Responsibilities

Assist patients by providing personal care such as grooming and bathing, especially for those with limited mobility.
Support patients in eating.
Monitor and report vital signs and any notable patient behaviors to the medical team.
Aid in patient mobility, including transfers between wheelchairs and beds.
Routinely adjust patients' positioning in bed to prevent bedsores and enhance comfort.
