About The Position

Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join its Medical Center team. CNAs are expected to actively incorporate a “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care,” developing awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assisting residents to maximize their independence and participation. This involves providing exemplary care for residents, covering basic needs, activities of daily living, and recreational activities, while also helping to create a safe environment. The available part-time positions include 37.5 hours per pay (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, 2nd shift), 45 hours per pay (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, 2nd shift), and 15 hours per pay (11:00 pm - 7:00 am, 3rd shift). All roles require working every other weekend and holiday rotation. The community emphasizes a manageable workload and high-quality care through new, lower staff-to-resident ratios. The hourly range is $19 - $21 depending on experience, with additional shift differentials for night, evening, and weekend shifts. On-call/per diem CNAs are also being sought.

Requirements

  • Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in program

Nice To Haves

  • Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
