About The Position
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team for full-time AM and PM shifts. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team committed to safety, dignity, and excellence. Our facility is a 5-Star Medicare-Rated Skilled Nursing Facility specializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care, offering a resident-focused and team-oriented environment. Requirements
- Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach to care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care according to each resident’s individualized care plan.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
- Obtain and document vital signs and promptly report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and provide attentive, respectful care.
- Accurately document resident care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
- Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and overall quality of life.
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
