About The Position

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team for full-time AM and PM shifts. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team committed to safety, dignity, and excellence. We welcome motivated individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care and making a positive impact every day. Our facility is a 5-Star Medicare-Rated Skilled Nursing Facility specializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care, offering a resident-focused and team-oriented environment. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and comprehensive training and mentorship are available.

Requirements

  • Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach to care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, high-quality care according to each resident’s individualized care plan.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
  • Obtain and document vital signs and promptly report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
  • Respond promptly to resident call lights and provide attentive, respectful care.
  • Accurately document resident care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
  • Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and overall quality of life.
  • Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
