Victorian Post Acute is a beautiful 90-bed facility dedicated to excellence in both short-term recovery and long-term care. We are looking for compassionate CNAs to join us across all shifts. Requirements
- Must hold a current, valid California CNA License.
- A genuine passion for patient advocacy and improving the quality of life for our residents.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, rehab-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care tailored to our residents' needs.
- Monitor resident status and provide clear, timely updates to supervisors.
- Respond promptly to call lights with a helpful and positive attitude.
- Assist with the smooth transition of admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Support mealtime logistics and maintain an efficient department flow.
