Requirements
- Completion of a state-approved C.N.A. certification training course (all experience levels welcome, including new grads!).
- Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask safely.
- Strong communication skills with an empathetic "bedside manner" and team-player mindset.
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with daily living needs and personal hygiene.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs in resident charts.
- Providing adjunct patient care and safe transportation assistance.
- Collaborating with the nursing team while adhering to professional standards and state regulations.
