About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team at Windsor Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. This role involves delivering and assisting residents with their daily needs, including personal care, preparation for activities, and routine tasks, all while adhering to accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. The CNA will provide basic nursing care under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor.

Requirements

Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred

Responsibilities

Delivering and assisting residents with daily needs, including personal care needs.
Preparation for activity and social programs.
Routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
Provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities.
Perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.
