We have Full-Time (FT), Part-Time (PT), and PRN opportunities available, all with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour. Requirements
- Current Kansas CNA certification.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide quality care while maintaining resident dignity and respect.
Nice To Haves
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Assist with transfers and ambulation while following proper safety procedures.
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Take and document vital signs as directed.
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
- Assist with meals, hydration, and resident comfort needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other team members.
