About The Position
Emplify Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their Medical Specialty Psychiatric Unit. This role involves providing compassionate care to patients with dementia, cognitive disorders, behavioral health conditions, and other medical diagnoses. The position is 0.6 FTE, requiring 48 hours bi-weekly, with a mix of 8-hour Day/PM shifts (6:30am - 3:00pm and 2:30pm - 11:00pm) and 4-hour PM shifts (2:30pm-7pm; 6:30pm - 11pm). Employees will work every other weekend and three holidays per year. Emplify Health is a not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network formed by Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, serving multiple states with a strong focus on employee growth and community care.
Requirements
- Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire.
