About The Position
St. Dominic Villa, located in Hazel Green, WI, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team. This role involves performing person-centered personal cares for residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. The community is part of an Illuminus Community, a faith-based, not-for-profit senior living management company dedicated to serving older adults and families. St. Dominic Villa offers long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services in a peaceful and supportive environment. Requirements
- At least 16 years of age.
- Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
- Active CNA certification on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
- Current CPR certification
- Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program
- Documentation of successful completion of a Pharmacology course
- Documentation of a completed clinical course that includes a medication pass rotation
- Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
- Ability to relate well to all individuals.
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
- Ability to adapt to change.
