Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and hygiene while preserving dignity and comfort
- Monitor, record, and report vital signs and changes in condition
- Follow individualized care plans and physician instructions
- Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to maintain a safe and positive environment
