Requirements
- Proof of High School Education (Diploma, GED, College Transcript/Degree)
- CPR (no online classes accepted)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Valid Driver License with proof of auto insurance
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care in the home and community to support needs such as safety skills, personal care, communication skills, social skills, job skills, independent living skills, etc.
