About The Position

Major Home Health, LLC dba BrightStar Care of Omaha is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personalized, one-on-one daytime care to clients in their homes. The role supports clients’ independence, dignity, and quality of life. Shifts are 12 hours, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with full-time availability in Omaha, Nebraska, and surrounding areas. An immediate start is available.

The position includes personal care, mobility support, medication reminders, meal preparation, companionship, maintaining a safe home environment, documenting care, and communicating with the care management team. Requirements

• Active CNA license in the state of Nebraska.
• Previous home care experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured personal automobile.
• Genuine passion for helping others and providing high-quality, person-centered care.
• Strong communication, dependability, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Assist with safe transfers and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and help prepare meals.
• Provide companionship and help maintain a safe home environment.
• Document care notes and communicate with the care management team.
