About The Position

Emplify Health is hiring a CNA for their Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. This unit supports patients and their families in developing self-care skills for improved wellness. The role is 0.3 FTE, meaning 24 hours bi-weekly, with 12-hour night shifts (6:30pm-7:00am and 2:30pm-3:00am). The position requires working every third weekend and three holidays per year.

Requirements

• Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.
• Assist patients and their families in developing self-care skills.
• Work 12-hour night shifts.
• Work every third weekend.
• Work three holidays a year.
