About The Position

Heartline Staffing is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a 6-month local contract at a state-operated residential healthcare facility in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing direct care and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with paid orientation lasting approximately 3 weeks. The assignment is suitable for CNAs who are patient, dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a structured care environment that may include individuals with challenging behaviors.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or eligibility for Pennsylvania reciprocity
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour per week schedule for the duration of the 6-month contract
• Ability to successfully complete the required paid three-week orientation program prior to starting the assigned shift
• Ability to provide direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care
• Ability to work professionally with adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities, including individuals with behavioral challenges
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Must be dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality resident-centered care
