Requirements

  • CNA's require a combination of clinical skills (vital signs, ADLS, infection control, and mobility assistance) and soft skills like empathy, communication, and patience.
  • Proficiency in clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), practicing infection control, and providing mobility assistance is essential for maintaining patient well-being.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are vital; demonstrating empathy, effective communication, and patience will help you build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
  • Being a collaborative team player is equally important, as you will work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver top-quality care.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills will further enhance your ability to respond to patient needs promptly and efficiently in our vibrant healthcare setting.
  • Successful completion of all lawful pre-employment/post-offer checks, which will include a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
